To get started on any project, we require a 50% deposit upfront, which helps secure your place in our schedule and covers initial planning and design costs. If, for any reason, no work has been completed on your project—meaning no design drafts or development have been started—we offer a full refund of your deposit. However, once work has commenced, we are unable to offer a refund, as we invest significant time and resources into each project. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns before moving forward, as we want you to feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.
